Make a Joyful Noise to the lord, all the earth!
The Chancel Choir at Countryside Christian church provides a vital
role in our traditional 11:00am Sunday worship service. In addition
to providing vocal support for our traditional hymns, the choir sings
a wide range of literature to uplift this service. The choir sings often
with our 27-rank Reuter pipe organ and our Blüthner concert grand
piano. Occasionally, the choir sings a cappella favorites. On festive
occasions, the chancel choir performs with instrumental ensembles.

We are always looking for new members. If you are interested in
singing with us, please don't hesitate to drop in on a rehearsal and
join us. Our rehearsals are open, so you are welcome to come and
observe. We rehearse Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9:00pm in
Room 202 (the choir room). We sing every Sunday from
September-June at the 11:00am worship service.

Countryside welcomed Gabe Combs as the new Choir Director in
August 2009.

Try Jesus (by Robert Ray)
Here I Am, Lord
our concert grand piano
Our organ is a Reuter rebuild of an original Kilgen organ. It has 27 ranks, two manuals
(Great & Swell), full foot pedals, and is wonderfully expressive.
